Refund policy

Refund Policy for Custom Online Digital Products

Due to the nature of custom digital products, all orders placed and processed for digital products available for purchase online are subject to a strict NO REFUND, NO RETURN, and NO EXCHANGE policy. If you receive an incorrect digital product, we will provide you with the correct one. In the event of a non-functional download link, we will resend the digital product either directly via email or via an updated link at no additional cost.

Refund Policy for Tangible Products

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you will be provided with a replacement item, store credit or refund in the amount of your purchase; shipping and handling fees do not apply. Certain items might be returnable while some not. Once the product is received we will process a store credit, refund or reshipment depending on the case.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds for returnable items
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
